Overview

These Terms of Service describe the basic terms for accessing and using ContractorCounter. This page is provided as professional placeholder terms content for the public website and should be reviewed with counsel before production legal reliance.

ContractorCounter is browser-based construction drawing markup software for annotating drawings, calibrating scale, measuring, counting, managing project files, and exporting markups.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must be able to form a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. If a user accesses ContractorCounter for a company or organization, that user represents that they are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under their accounts and workspaces.

Customer content

Users retain ownership of drawings, markups, measurements, counts, exports, comments, and other content uploaded to or created in ContractorCounter.

Users grant ContractorCounter the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use customer content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of their customer content, including construction drawings, measurements, takeoffs, and exported documents.

Measurements and professional judgment

ContractorCounter provides tools for markup, measurement, counting, and project review. Users remain responsible for confirming drawing scale, measurement accuracy, quantities, assumptions, project requirements, and final estimates.

Outputs from ContractorCounter are not a substitute for professional review, site verification, contract review, or compliance obligations.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, if selected, are billed according to the pricing, payment, and renewal terms shown at purchase or agreed in writing. Enterprise arrangements may be subject to separate written terms.

Users may cancel according to the cancellation controls or support process available for their plan. Fees already paid may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access to ContractorCounter, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms from time to time, with notice where required.
