Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Checkout or the billing portal shows when a change takes effect and any applicable charge.

Pro is US$1 a week, billed US$4 every 4 weeks, or US$39 a year, with the same features either way. Yearly works out to about US$0.75 a week. Australia, the UK, New Zealand and Canada are charged fixed local prices, shown on the plan cards.
How do teams work?
Pro is priced per person: US$1 a week per person, billed US$4 every 4 weeks, or US$39 a year per person. Choose how many people at checkout. With 2 or more, you get a team: invite people, set roles and pay one bill. Add or remove people any time in Settings; changes are charged or credited the same day. For more than 50 people, contact us.
Can I try it for free?
Yes, in the free preview. Create an account with no card, open a drawing and mark it up during the session. Nothing is saved or exported, and AI is not included. There is no trial. Subscribe when you want to keep the work: paying saves the workspace you are on.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise plans can be invoiced by arrangement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of the 4-week or yearly period you have paid for.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not for the free preview. A card is needed only when you subscribe or buy Lifetime, and you are charged at checkout. Subscriptions renew every 4 weeks or every year until you cancel.
Is there a one-time option?
Yes. Lifetime is US$78 one-time for one user, with the same tools and weekly AI allowance as Pro and no subscription.
Is a team a different plan?
No. A team is Pro with 2 or more people, at the same price per person. It adds shared drawing review, roles and one bill, so office and field can mark up and comment on the same drawings together.
