September's updates make everyday drawing work quicker and more dependable. You can manage workspaces with fewer clicks, export cleaner documents, work with large drawings more smoothly, and rely on the AI assistant across more of the takeoff workflow.

Manage workspaces from Home

Workspace actions now live where you need them. Right-click a workspace or use its more menu to rename it, copy its link, open it in a new tab, or manage sharing. Owners can delete a workspace, while collaborators can leave a shared workspace. Confirmations protect permanent actions, and the same controls work in grid and list views.

Send cleaner exports

Drawing and quote exports handle long descriptions and totals more reliably. PDF layouts stay aligned, branding is consistent, and spreadsheet values are protected from being interpreted as formulas when the file opens.

Keep drawings fast and aligned

Large workspaces now use less duplicate downloading and rendering, so visible pages sharpen sooner and interrupted previews recover more reliably. Small text-based PDFs can also recover after a temporary browser rendering failure.

Page management is safer too. Rotating, inserting, reordering, or deleting PDF pages keeps markups and thumbnails attached to the correct sheet.

Get more dependable AI takeoffs

The AI assistant follows the requested sheet and page more reliably. Counts avoid duplicate markers, measurement previews show their actual quantities, approvals land on the intended page, and undo or redo keeps linked quantities intact.

On phones, asking the AI about an open drawing now uses much less memory. Temporary page captures and PDF documents are released sooner, reducing the chance of the browser closing a busy workspace.
