Export preview can be unavailable if no drawing is open, the PDF cannot be rendered, the quote is missing, or the selected export type is not ready for the current context.

Check export context

Open a drawing
Drawing PDF, image, and print export require an active drawing.

Open a quote workspace
BoQ export requires quote context and available rows.

Check the selected intent
Choose an export intent that is supported for the current workspace state.
Retry safely

Refresh preview
Close and reopen export after the drawing has rendered.

Use PDF first
If image output is unavailable, try drawing PDF export for the formal record.

Include the export intent, drawing name, browser, and any visible error message.
