Exporting a BoQ PDF
BoQ PDF export creates a client-ready quantities document from your BoQ rows, with totals, regional tax settings, terms, and your default branding applied automatically.

BoQ export uses quote rows, branding, terms, tax, and validity settings.
Prepare BoQ export

Review BoQ rows
Check headings, item descriptions, units, quantities, rates, and categories in the BoQ pane.

Open File > Export
Choose BoQ PDF in the export dialog. The preview shows the formatted document.

Check the computed settings
Currency and tax labelling follow your region preference (for example GST for Australian accounts), terms follow the quote's trade, and the quote validity defaults to 30 days.

Generate the PDF
Download the BoQ PDF and inspect it before sending externally.
Branding
The export uses your default brand preset (logo, company name, and colours) managed in the Signatures panel. Set the preset you use most as the default so every BoQ export picks it up.
Plan requirement
BoQ creation is included in the free one-project account. PDF, CSV and Excel exports require a paid plan or eligible active card-required trial. Check Settings > Plan & Billing if export controls are locked.
