Export settings let you create a marked-up PDF record from the current drawing workflow.

Export a drawing

  1. 1

    Open the marked-up drawing

Check the correct drawing tab, page range, and visible markup state before exporting.

  2. 2

    Open File > Export

Choose Drawing PDF from the export menu to open the export dialog with a live preview.

  3. 3

    Create the PDF

Pick the page scope and content option (Document & Markup, Document Only, or Markups Only), then generate the PDF. Clean exports require an active paid plan or eligible active card-required trial.

Before you share

Review the output PDF for scale-critical pages and markup visibility. Export is a record of the current markup state, so rename or tidy important annotations first.
