Custom Branding for Exports
Custom branding is included with every active plan and the trial; free sandbox accounts export with ContractorCounter branding instead. Brand presets carry your logo, company name, colours, and layout so exported records look consistent when they reach clients, builders, or subcontractors.

Manage brand presets

Open the Signatures panel
Brand presets live alongside signature profiles in the Signatures panel.

Create or edit a preset
Upload a logo, set the company name and colours, and choose the layout style.

Set the default
Mark the preset you use most as the default. BoQ PDF exports apply the default preset automatically.
Understand plan states
Custom branding works on every active plan and during the trial. On the free sandbox, exports use ContractorCounter branding. If a subscription payment is past due, branded output falls back to ContractorCounter branding until payment clears.
