Use tabs for drawings, the toolbar for markup actions, and panels for lists, search, properties, and files.

Main areas

Drawing tabs sit above the viewer, with one tab per open drawing. Markup and measurement tools sit in the toolbar. The left sidebar rail toggles ten panels: Thumbnails, Markup List, Layers, Files, Signatures, Properties, Measurements, Tool Chest, Settings, and Search. The Chat and Bill of Quantities panes sit beside the drawing depending on the active layout.

Change the layout

  1. 1

    Pick a layout preset

Use the layout presets to switch between Three Panel (drawing, chat, and BoQ), Drawing Focus, BoQ Focus, Drawing & BoQ, or Drawing & Chat. Dragging the dividers creates a custom layout.

  2. 2

    Restore hidden panes

If the chat or BoQ pane is hidden, apply a preset that includes it. Sidebar panels toggle on and off from the rail icons at any time.

Find and review content

Use the Search panel to locate drawing text and markups across pages. Clicking a result moves the viewer to the relevant location so you can inspect or annotate it.
