Getting started
Workspace Basics
The workspace is the main drawing review surface. It combines document tabs, drawing tools, panels, layout presets, search, chat, and takeoff data around the active PDF.

Use tabs for drawings, the toolbar for markup actions, and panels for lists, search, chat, settings, and quantities.
Main areas
Drawing tabs sit above the viewer. Markup and measurement controls sit in the toolbar and right rail. Side panels hold drawing files, search, markup lists, measurements, chat, settings, and the Bill of Quantities. AI chat and BoQ controls require a paid plan when you use those features.
Change the layout
- 1
Open layout presets
Use the layout preset control to switch between drawing-only, drawing plus chat, drawing plus BoQ, stacked takeoff, or full workspace views.
- 2
Restore hidden panels
If a panel is hidden, use the hidden panels controls to bring it back without reloading the workspace.
Find and review content
Use Search to locate drawing text and markups across pages. Clicking a result moves the viewer to the relevant location so you can inspect or annotate it.
