Grouping and Sorting Markups

Grouping and sorting turn a long markup table into a useful review tool, especially when a drawing has many counts, measurements, notes, or status-marked items.

Group by page, subject, colour, status, layer, drawing, and other supported fields.

Group markups

    Open Markup List

    Open the Markup List panel from the sidebar.

  2. 2

    Choose a grouping field

    Pick subject, page, author, colour, status, layer, date, drawing, or none.

  3. 3

    Expand the group

    Open a group row to inspect individual markups inside it.

Sort table fields

  1. 1

    Choose a sortable column

    Click the subject, comments, or label header to sort by that column. Measurement values appear in the comments column, so sorting by comments orders quantities.

  2. 2

    Toggle direction

    Click again to switch ascending or descending order.
