Grouping and Sorting Markups
Grouping and sorting turn a long markup table into a useful review tool, especially when a drawing has many counts, measurements, notes, or status-marked items.

Group by page, subject, colour, status, layer, drawing, and other supported fields.
Group markups

Open Markup List
Open the Markup List panel from the sidebar.

Choose a grouping field
Pick subject, page, author, colour, status, layer, date, drawing, or none.

Expand the group
Open a group row to inspect individual markups inside it.
Sort table fields
- 1
Choose a sortable column
Use supported headers such as subject, comments, label, or created date.

Toggle direction
Switch ascending or descending order depending on what you are checking.
