Using the Markup List

The Markup List is the main table for reviewing annotations across the active drawing or all open drawings. It is the best place to audit subjects, comments, labels, colours, status, and count groups.

Open and review the list

    Open Markup List

    Click Markup List in the sidebar rail.

    Choose the scope

    Switch between Active (the current drawing) and Open (all open drawing tabs) when you need a narrower or wider view.

    Select a row

    Click a row to select the markup and navigate back to its page location.

Keep the list useful

    Rename important rows

    Give key markups subjects or labels that match the estimating or review workflow.

  2. 2

    Use grouping

    Group by subject, page, author, colour, status, layer, date, drawing, or turn grouping off for a flat list.

  3. 3

    Export a summary

    Use the Export Summary button in the panel header to download the list as CSV, XML, or a formatted PDF summary. The CSV includes subject, comments, label, colour, page, author, status, and lock state.

Work from the context menu

Right-click a row for rename, delete, lock, copy, cut, and paste, plus the count lifecycle actions: Resume Count, Split Count, Split All in Group, and Merge Count Groups.
