Using the Markup List
The Markup List is the main table for reviewing annotations across the active drawing or open drawings. It is the best place to audit subjects, comments, labels, colours, status, and count groups.

Rows track drawing markups and expose context actions for organization and review.
Open and review the list

Open Markup List
Click Markup List in the sidebar rail.

Choose the scope
Use the active/open scope controls when you need one drawing or all open drawings.

Select a row
Click a row to select the markup and navigate back to its page location.
Keep the list useful

Rename important rows
Give key markups subjects or labels that match the estimating or review workflow.

Use grouping
Group by subject, page, author, colour, status, layer, date, drawing, or no grouping as needed.

Export when needed
Use Markup List export actions for external review where available.
