Using the Layers Panel
The Layers panel shows the markup stack for the current page. Use it when overlapping annotations make direct selection difficult.

Layer rows are ordered by visual stack, with z-order and lock controls for selected markups.
Select from layers

Open Layers
Click Layers in the sidebar rail.

Check the page
The panel lists markups on the current page, top of the stack first.

Click a layer row
Select the row to select the matching markup on the drawing.
Control the stack

Select a markup
Choose the markup whose order should change.

Use order buttons
Bring to front, bring forward, send backward, or send to back.

Lock when finished
Use the lock toggle on the row to prevent accidental movement.
