Signing a Drawing
Signature markups help record review, approval, or issue status on an exported drawing. They remain part of the markup overlay.

Create or choose a signature profile, then place the signature on the drawing.
Place a signature

Open Sign Document
Use the Sign Document toolbar action or open the Signatures panel.

Choose a profile
Create or select the signer profile and appearance.

Click the drawing
Place the signature where it should appear on the sheet.

Adjust and lock
Resize or move the signature, then lock it if it should not shift.
Export signed drawings
Use drawing PDF export when you need a review copy that includes the signature markup. Check the output before sending externally.
