Signature profiles can include signer details and branding choices before placement.

Place a signature

  1. 1

    Open Signatures

Click Signatures in the sidebar rail or use Sign Document from the toolbar.

  2. 2

    Choose a profile

Select an existing profile or create one with the signer's name, email, role, and brand appearance.

  3. 3

    Place on the drawing

Click where the signature should appear, then resize or move it if needed. Lock it once it is final.

Keep signature data current

Review signer name, email, role, and brand appearance before exporting signed drawings for external records. The default brand preset set here is also the branding applied to BoQ PDF exports.
