Metadata, attachments, page tags, and custom properties keep drawing records traceable.

Update file properties

  1. 1

    Open Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar rail while a drawing is open.

  2. 2

    Edit metadata fields

Update Title, Author, Subject, Project, Reviser, and Client. The Title also renames the drawing's open tab.

  3. 3

    Check the read-only facts

File name, page count, file size, content type, and upload time are shown below the editable fields.

Use attachments, tags, and custom properties

  1. 1

    Attach related files

Use File Attachments to attach specifications, photos, or detail references, and open, download, or remove them later.

  2. 2

    Tag pages

The Tags section stores per-page labels — useful for flagging sheets by trade, zone, or review state.

  3. 3

    Add custom properties

Create name/value rows in Custom Properties for project-specific drawing metadata.
