Using the Files Panel
The Files panel keeps drawing documents and workspace file actions close to the viewer so you can switch, upload, rename, or manage drawing content.

Use the files area to manage drawing documents attached to the current quote workspace.
Open a drawing from files

Open Files
Click Files in the sidebar rail.

Choose a drawing
Select the drawing file you want to review.

Confirm active tab
Check the document tab above the viewer so you know which drawing is open.
Manage file changes

Use file actions
Use available actions to upload, rename, replace, move, or delete drawing files.

Review linked markups
After replacing a drawing PDF, check scale and existing markups before exporting.
