Using the Files Panel

The Files panel is an explorer-style manager for the drawings and reference files attached to the workspace. It supports folders, per-file status, sorting, multi-select, and drag-and-drop upload.

Use the files area to manage drawing documents attached to the current workspace.

Open a drawing from files

    Open Files

    Click Files in the sidebar rail.

    Choose a drawing

    Double-click the drawing file to open it in a tab. Columns show name, status, date modified, type, and size — click a header to sort.

    Confirm active tab

    Check the document tab above the viewer so you know which drawing is open.

Organize and manage files

    Use folders

    Create folders with New Folder and move files with the Move to… context action to keep large drawing sets organized.

    Track progress with status

    Set each file to Not started, In progress, or Complete from the context menu so the team can see review progress at a glance.

  3. 3

    Rename, download, or delete

    The context menu also offers Rename, Download (the original file), and Delete with confirmation. Select multiple files with Shift or Ctrl/Cmd click for bulk actions.
