Troubleshooting
AI Results Need Review
AI-assisted output can be genuinely useful, but construction quantities and commercial decisions still need human review against the drawings and project assumptions.

Treat AI output as a draft or suggestion until checked by a responsible user.
Review AI output
- 1
Check source context
Confirm the AI used the correct drawing, page, region, or BoQ context.
- 2
Inspect created markups
Review AI-created counts, highlights, or notes directly on the drawing — approve proposals from the pending tray rather than blind-approving.
- 3
Validate quantities
Check totals, scale, units, and exclusions before using values in a quote.
Watch credit and context limits
AI chat consumes credits per turn — about 3 for Standard and 4 for the Pro model, more with multiple drawing pages attached. If credits run out, Settings > Usage shows when rolling windows reset and offers top-up packs that extend the weekly budget.
Use stronger prompts
Ask specific questions and provide page, item, trade, or region context. Broad prompts are more likely to produce incomplete or unhelpful answers.
