AI assistance
Using AI Chat with Drawings
AI chat is available on Pro, Team, Lifetime, and other paid entitlements. It can inspect drawing context, summarize information, and support takeoff decisions, but every answer and proposed action should be reviewed before commercial use.

AI chat works best with clear drawing context, selected pages, or captured regions.
Ask a drawing question
- 1
Open the workspace
Open the drawing or quote workspace that contains the context.
- 2
Open chat
Use the chat panel or layout preset that shows chat beside the drawing.
- 3
Ask a specific question
Reference the sheet, area, item, or quantity you want help with.
- 4
Review the answer
Check the answer against the drawing and your estimating assumptions.
Plan and credit limits
Free plans do not include AI chat. Pro and Team include 50 credits per rolling 5-hour session, 100 credits per rolling 24 hours, and 300 credits per rolling 7 days. Lifetime includes 30, 60, and 200 credits for the same windows. Standard chat usually uses about 1 credit; the Pro model and large drawing attachments can use more. Top-up credits extend the weekly budget only.
Use precise context
For best results, include page references, selected regions, visible markups, or BoQ context instead of asking broad questions about an entire project.
