Troubleshooting
Paid Feature Locked or Watermarked
Available tools and outputs follow your account’s access. The free account includes one project but no exports or sharing. A locked control can also indicate that a trial ended or billing needs attention; check its message and Settings > Plan & Billing before continuing.

- 3
Refresh after changes

What each state means
A free account includes one project with markup, measurement, counts, BoQ creation and limited AI. Exports, sharing and custom branding require paid access. Eligible card-required Pro or Team trials unlock paid outputs for the trial period. If billing changes or a trial ends, check Settings > Plan & Billing and the message on the locked control; restoring an eligible active plan restores its capabilities.
Agent usage limits
AI chat is credit-limited. Settings > Usage shows your account’s current allowance, remaining credits, rolling reset times and top-up options. Free accounts, trials and paid plans have different limits; a verified email may be required before using AI.
