Troubleshooting
Paid Feature Locked or Watermarked
ContractorCounter capabilities follow your subscription state. Locked controls, unavailable AI chat, locked BoQ actions, or watermarked exports mean the account's trial has ended or a payment needs attention — your drawings and data are never deleted.

What each state means
While trying for free, everything is included. When the trial ends after cancellation, the workspace becomes view-only until you subscribe or buy Lifetime — you can read your work but not edit or export. If a paid subscription's payment fails (past due), editing continues but exports are watermarked and custom branding, BoQ, and AI chat pause until payment clears. Cancelled or unpaid subscriptions return to view-only.
Agent usage limits
AI chat is credit-limited: Pro and Team include 200 credits per rolling 5-hour session, 400 per 24 hours, and 1,000 per 7 days; Lifetime includes 150, 300, and 700. Settings > Usage shows current usage, reset timing, and top-up packs that extend the weekly budget.
