Sharing a Workspace

Any workspace can be shared with the people you work with — estimators, subs, or clients. Invite someone by email or copy a share link; they sign in (or sign up) and land in the workspace with the full markup and measurement toolset. Sharing is included on every paid plan and the 14-day trial — no separate team product required.

The Share dialog manages email invites, the share link, and everyone with access.

Invite by email

    Open the Share dialog

    In the workspace title bar, click Share. Only the workspace owner can invite people or manage access.

    Send the invite

    Enter the person's email and click Invite. They receive an email with a join link that is valid for 7 days and works only for that email address.

    They accept

    The recipient signs in — or creates an account — and lands directly in the shared workspace. Email invites are single-use.

Manage who has access

The Share dialog lists everyone with access. The owner can remove a collaborator at any time — they lose access immediately. Collaborators can leave a workspace themselves, and shared workspaces appear in a Shared with me section on their dashboard. A workspace can have up to 50 collaborators; only the owner can delete the workspace or manage sharing.
