Keyboard Shortcuts
Most workspace actions have a keyboard shortcut. The defaults follow Bluebeam Revu where a matching tool exists: single letters for the common tools, Shift+Alt chords for the rest. Editing and view shortcuts use Ctrl on Windows and Cmd on Mac. Every tool key can be reassigned, and the full, always-current list lives in the workspace under Help > Keyboard Shortcuts.

Hotkeys switch tools instantly. The letter is shown next to each tool's name in the toolbar tooltip.
Tool hotkeys
Cursor and view: Select V · Pan H · Zoom Z · Select Text Shift+T. Markup tools: Text Box T · Pen P · Line L · Dimension Shift+Alt+L · Rectangle R · Cloud C · Snapshot G. Measurement tools: Length M · Perimeter Shift+Alt+P · Area Shift+Alt+A · Volume Shift+Alt+V · Count Shift+Alt+C. On a Mac, Alt is the Option key, so Dimension is Shift+Option+L. Call-out, Arrow, Polyline, Ellipse, Polygon, Legend, Erase Content, and Calibrate Scale ship without a default key. Pick them from the toolbar, or give them a key of your own under Help > Keyboard Shortcuts.
Editing
Undo Ctrl/Cmd+Z · Redo Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z · Copy Ctrl/Cmd+C · Cut Ctrl/Cmd+X · Paste Ctrl/Cmd+V · Paste in Place Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+V · Duplicate Ctrl/Cmd+D · Select All Ctrl/Cmd+A · Delete or Backspace removes the selected markups. Deselect All is on the Edit menu. Select All picks up every unflattened markup on the page; in the Files panel the same key selects files instead. Paste in Place only works while the drawing and page you copied from are the active ones, since it reuses the original coordinates; otherwise use an ordinary paste.
View and grid
Zoom In + · Zoom Out - · Show Grid Shift+F9 · Snap to Grid Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+F9 · Snap to Page Center Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+F8 · Snap to Markup Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+F7. Split view and fit modes are also listed in the View menu with their shortcuts.
Page management
With pages selected in the Thumbnails panel: Rotate Clockwise Ctrl+Shift+R · Insert Blank Page Ctrl+Shift+N · Insert Pages Ctrl+Shift+I · Replace Pages Ctrl+Shift+Y · Extract Pages Ctrl+Shift+X · Delete Pages Ctrl+Shift+D.
Change a shortcut
Open Help > Keyboard Shortcuts to rebind any tool. Click the key beside a command, press the combination you want, and it saves immediately. If that combination already belongs to another command, it moves and the old command is left unbound. Use the clear button to unbind a command, or Reset to defaults to put every key back.

The same Help > Keyboard Shortcuts dialog is the complete, current reference. It is generated from the same configuration the menus and this article use, so it never goes stale.
