Plans, Try for Free, and Billing

An eligible new account starts with its first workspace free and no card required. Markup, calibrated measurement, counts and Bill of Quantities creation are included, with a limited AI allowance. Exports, sharing, custom branding and more workspaces require a paid plan or eligible card-required trial. Settings > AI Agent shows your current AI allowance.

Eligible Pro or Team trials require a card and unlock paid outputs for the trial period. Checkout shows the first charge date before confirmation; cancel before then to avoid a subscription charge. Trial AI limits differ from paid allowances and appear in Settings > AI Agent.

Pro is the full single-user plan, billed weekly, monthly, or yearly. Team adds per-seat billing and shared team access. Teammates covered by an active Team subscription get its capabilities through their membership. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with perpetual access and a slightly lower agent credit allowance. Paid plans include clean exports, custom branding, BoQ, and paid AI chat allowance.

   Open Settings > Plan & Billing

   See your current plan, status, and renewal or trial-end date.

   Change or start a plan

   Choose a plan card to start checkout. Payment and invoices are handled through the secure Stripe billing portal via Manage billing.

   Check agent usage

   Settings > AI Agent shows your rolling agent credit meters and top-up balance if your plan includes AI chat.

Past-due accounts keep full editing access while payment retries. Clean exports pause (exports carry a ContractorCounter watermark), and custom branding, BoQ, and AI chat are unavailable until payment clears. Cancelled or unpaid subscriptions return the workspace to view-only until you resubscribe.
