Plans, Try for Free, and Billing
Creating an account is free and needs no card: it opens the free sandbox — one project with the full markup, calibrated measurement, count, and Bill of Quantities toolset, a small agent allowance, and watermarked exports. The trial is separate: choose Pro or Team and add a card to try for free; you won't be charged before the checkout date, and you can cancel anytime before then. The trial unlocks clean exports, sharing, unlimited projects, and a larger agent allowance. After the trial, an active subscription or Lifetime license is required to keep working. Your drawings and data are never deleted when a trial or subscription lapses.

The free sandbox
Every account starts on the free sandbox — no card needed. It includes one project with full markup, calibrated measurement, counts, and Bill of Quantities creation, plus a small agent allowance (25 credits per rolling 5-hour session, 40 per day, 60 per week; AI needs a verified email). Drawing and BoQ PDF exports are available with a ContractorCounter watermark. Clean exports, BoQ spreadsheet exports, sharing, custom branding, and additional projects unlock with a plan or the trial.
Try for free
A card is required before Pro or Team free access starts. The trial adds clean (watermark-free) exports, BoQ spreadsheet exports, sharing, unlimited projects, custom branding, and a larger agent allowance (40 credits per session, 80 per day, 160 per week). Stripe shows the first charge date before you confirm, and you can cancel before then. After cancellation takes effect, the workspace becomes view-only. You can still open and read your work, but editing, exports, AI, and BoQ pause until you subscribe or buy Lifetime.
Available plans
Pro is the full single-user plan, billed weekly, monthly, or yearly. Team adds per-seat billing and shared team access. Teammates covered by an active Team subscription get its capabilities through their membership. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with perpetual access and a slightly lower agent credit allowance. Paid plans include clean exports, custom branding, BoQ, and paid AI chat allowance.
Manage your subscription

Open Settings > Plan & Billing
See your current plan, status, and renewal or trial-end date.

Change or start a plan
Choose a plan card to start checkout. Payment and invoices are handled through the secure Stripe billing portal via Manage billing.

Check agent usage
Settings > AI Agent shows your rolling agent credit meters and top-up balance if your plan includes AI chat.
If a payment fails
Past-due accounts keep full editing access while payment retries. Clean exports pause (exports carry a ContractorCounter watermark), and custom branding, BoQ, and AI chat are unavailable until payment clears. Cancelled or unpaid subscriptions return the workspace to view-only until you resubscribe.
