Selected markups show handles and can also be edited from the Properties panel.
Select a markup
- 1
Switch to Select
Choose Select from the toolbar or press V before editing existing objects.
- 2
Click the object
Click a visible markup on the drawing, or choose it from the Markup List if it is hard to target.
- 3
Select several at once
Use Select All (Ctrl/Cmd+A) or pick multiple rows in the Markup List when you need to act on more than one markup.
Move or resize
- 1
Drag the markup body
Drag inside the markup to move it to a new position on the same page.
- 2
Drag handles
Use visible handles to resize shapes, text boxes, count markers, and signatures.
- 3
Check locked state
If the markup will not move, check whether it is locked — the lock toggle lives in the Properties panel and the Layers panel.
