Using the Search Panel
Search helps find sheet notes, item codes, labels, and existing markup comments. The panel has two modes: text search across PDF and markup content, and visual search from a captured region.

Search options include page text, markups, case sensitivity, and whole-word matching.
Search drawings

Open Search
Click Search in the sidebar rail.

Enter a query
Type a drawing note, item code, room name, tag, or markup text.

Choose options
Toggle Search PDF text, Search markup text, Case-sensitive, and Whole word to control matching.

Open a result
Click a result to jump to the matching page and location. Results are grouped by document when multiple drawings are open.
Act on results
Result actions can create highlights, stamps, or count markers at the matched text bounds after you review the matches — a fast way to tick off or count labelled items across a sheet.
