Markup tools
Using Stamps
Stamps provide quick review symbols for checked items, exceptions, or simple visual confirmation. In the current workspace, stamps are placed through Search panel result actions rather than a standalone toolbar tool.

Stamp shapes can be placed from search results, then selected, named, and exported with the drawing.
Place stamps from search
- 1
Open Search
Open the Search panel from the sidebar rail and search for the item label, tag, or code.
- 2
Use the stamp action
From a result's actions, create a stamp at the matched location — useful for ticking off reviewed items sheet by sheet.
- 3
Rename if needed
Use the Markup List so grouped or repeated stamps have a clear subject.
Stamps vs counts
Use count markers when the total matters — counts group and sum automatically. Use stamps when you only need a visual tick or flag on the drawing record.
