Troubleshooting
Drawing Upload Fails
Upload failures are usually caused by unsupported file types, interrupted network requests, very large files, or browser and session issues.

Start with file type, file size, network, and browser checks.
Check the basics
- 1
Confirm the file type
Drawings can be PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, or HEIC (images convert to PDF automatically). CSV and TXT upload as reference files. Other formats are rejected.
- 2
Check file size
Very large scanned PDFs take longer to upload and process — let the progress finish before navigating away.
- 3
Retry on stable internet
Avoid switching networks, sleeping the laptop, or closing the tab during upload.
Try a clean retry
- 1
Refresh the app
Reload the workspace after confirming your previous work is saved.
- 2
Rename the file
Use a simple filename without unusual characters if upload repeatedly fails.
- 3
Contact support
Send the file name, approximate size, browser, and any error message if the problem continues.
