Contract review
Recovering a Paid Contract Review
A purchased review stays retrievable for 30 days after payment. If you closed the browser before the unlocked review rendered, or you need to see it again on the same device, here is how to get back to it.

The Stripe receipt identifies your purchase — support can send a recovery link for any paid review inside 30 days.
Same browser, recently paid
Reopen review.contractorcounter.com/app in the same browser you paid from. If you return through Stripe's confirmation page (use Back in your browser or the checkout tab if it is still open), the review unlocks and renders automatically — payment confirmation links stay valid for the full 30 days.
Different device, cleared browser, or no luck
- 1
Find your Stripe receipt
Stripe emailed a receipt to the address you entered at checkout (search for "ContractorCounter Review"). The receipt identifies your payment.
- 2
Contact support
Send the receipt (or its receipt number and the email you paid with) through contractorcounter.com/support. We locate the payment and reply with a recovery link that reopens your unlocked review.
- 3
Re-upload the same PDF if asked
The contract PDF itself never leaves your browser, so to re-display the marked-up pages you may be asked to drop the same PDF in again — the purchased findings then render onto it. No second payment is made.
After 30 days
Unlocked reviews are automatically deleted 30 days after purchase and cannot be recovered. If your paid review expired before you could retrieve it, contact support with the Stripe receipt for a full refund.
